The veteran broadcaster said he chose to undergo such a medical procedure to “To improve my quality of life.”

“Imagine this, three times a week, sometimes four times a week, I am hooked up to a dialysis machine for four hours. Ask people who undergo dialysis,  para kang binugbog ni Manny Pacquiao, physically,” as he explains.

Mike added that, aside from heart bypass surgery in 2018, the procedure he went through was difficult and would be impossible “if God wills it so.”
