The name of Commissioner Rowena Guanzon recently made the rounds on social media after she made certain discoveries and accusations about the consolidated lawsuits attempting to ban former Senator Bongbong Marcos from running for president.

Three (3) pooled petitions were selected at random for the Comelec First Division. a three-member board in which Guanzon is one of the commissioners in charge of the case She previously indicated that her fellow commissioner, Aimee Ferolino, is the ponente, or the person who is supposed to write the decision.

Guanzon claims that Marcos Jr.’s failure to file his Income Tax Returns (ITR) not once, but multiple times, demonstrates moral turpitude.
