PAGASA releases the forecast weather conditions on Wednesday, February 3, 2021. Today’s update, a Northeast Monsoon affecting the country. Cloudy skies with rains and the possible impact is flash floods or landslides during moderate with at times heavy rains.

Affected areas are Cagayan Valley, the rest of Visayas, Caraga, and the provinces of Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Aurora, Quezon, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, and Romblon.

Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with rains while the rest of Visayas, Occidental Mindoro and Palawan including Kalayaan Islands will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains due to Northeast Monsoon.

Moderate to strong winds from Northeast will prevail over Visayas, Occidental Mindoro and Palawan including Kalayaan Islands with moderate to very rough seas.
