Miss Philippines 2019 winners seek help from Raffy Tulfo to complain to the president of Miss Philippines Foundation Inc. named Victor Torre. According to the YouTube video of ‘Raffy Tulfo in Action’, it has been almost a year but the prizes are still not given to the pageant winners.

They were told earlier that they would get the thousands of cash prizes two months after the pageant. But, Victor Torre issued a payment check to the Beauty Queen Winners but it so happened when they presented it to the bank all are bounce checks.

However, when they met, they were only given half and the rest would be given after six months. The first check given to them also bounced.

Now even the secretary of Victor can no longer find it. Therefore, the beauty queens are determined to file a lawsuit against the president of the Miss Philippines Foundation so that he can be held accountable for not giving them prizes.

Miss Philippines is a national pageant led by Victor Torre. Winning beauty queens will be given a cash prize, crown, modeling contract, and they can also compete in international pageants.
