Actress and celebrity-mom Marjorie Barretto shut broadcaster Jay Sonza over the pregnancy issue involving her daughter, Julia Barretto, and actor Gerald Anderson.

Following the controversial issue of Jay Sonza saying young actress Julia Barretto is pregnant with Gerald Anderson baby, Marjorie, Julia’s mom broke her silence amid the issue.

Recalling, the two celebrities went into controversy after they earned criticisms over their alleged relationship. The young actress was accused as the third party in the actor’s breakup with Bea Alonzo.

However, the broadcaster Jay Sonza recent claims once again sparked the controversies which placed the two celebrities into a big mess.

Meanwhile, Marjorie Barretto slammed Jay Sonza over his claims involving Julia and Gerald Anderson.

Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, the former actress stressed that it was an “irresponsible” move and Sonza did not respect her daughter’s young age and being a woman. She also said that the baseless claims of Sonza could have affected the existing contracts of her daughter

“Yung pagka-irresponsable mo lang Mr. Sonza, sobra eh… Walang pinanggalingan ‘yung sinasabi po ninyo,” Julia’s mother said.

Recently, Julia Barretto is filing a case over his claims. She was accompanied by Marjorie to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to ask the authorities to investigate the matter.
