The lady on the video doing her laundry within the door step of her house confronted by the barangay officials because she was not wearing facemask is now planning to file charges against them.

In a viral video of Dina Mapayo, barangay officials confronted her and invited her or force her to come with them in the barangay to answer allegations for violating quarantine protocols. The video went viral on social media with flooded comments from the netizens.

The disappointed woman focus the video on herself to document her statement, she explained that she need not to wear the face masks because she is doing laundry within the door step of her house and she has nobody to face while doing her work. Barangay officials try to insist to bring her to the barangay to give her side over the issue, but she refused and insisted her rights saying she is not guilty and committed no crime.

Dina also revealed that barangay officials required violators to pay Php1,000 against those who violates against the quarantine protocols.

Recently, Dina Mapayo is planning to file case against the barangay officials for their actions, according to the report published by the ABS-CBN News on Friday, September 18, 2020.

“Kakasuhan ko po sila ng trespassing, kasi wala silang pahintulot na basta na lang pumasok ng walang pasintabi. Kung sila po ay nagdadal ng batas eh sila nga mismo hindi tinutupad ‘yung batas. Yung face nila lumalabas sa ilong at isa pa, wala silang social distancing,” Mapayo told reporter.
