Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) Commissioner Greco Belgica caught the attention of the netizens following after his bill that pushes the corrupt politicians will be included to the death penalty.
After President Rodrigo Duterte recall to reinstate the death penalty in the country for the drug-related heinous crimes case, PACC Commissionaire Greco Belgica wanted to include the corrupt politicians in the death penalty, because according to him corruption is as bad as murder, and as bad as drugs in the since that corruption makes the economy of the country down putting millions of Filipinos in poverty.
During the virtual briefing aired on PTV-4, Belgica explained his intention of including the corrupt officials in the death penalty.
“Corruption should be categorized as a heinous crime and should be penalized by death,” he said.
“Ang (gusto namin) noon, by hanging pero okay naman din ang lethal injection,” he added.

He expressed his sentiment over the corruption in the country the reason why he wanted to include corrupt politicians into the death penalty because he believes this will put an end of the long time corruption of the government officials.
