The Russian President Vladimir Putin previously revealed that one of his daughters had taken the Russian vaccine.

In a government meeting, Vladimir Putin said: “As far as I know, a vaccine against a new coronavirus infection has been registered this morning, for the first time in the world.

“I know that it works quite effectively, it forms a stable immunity and, I repeat, has passed all the necessary checks.

“One of my daughters got herself this shot. I think in this sense; she took part in the experiment,” Putin said.

Russia is the first nation to provide a vaccine to cure the COVID-19 disease that becomes pandemic however, it was said that the vaccine had skipped the Phase III trial which report becomes controversial global health issue.

Russia plans on producing 30 million doses in Russia alone, before the end of 2020, and also plans to produce up to 170 million doses internationally.
