According to DNX news, “Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia tells DNX they will continue with the two-day swabbing and concentrate on the mass testing. The mayor clarified, however, that it is up to the organizers of the Oplan One Time, Big Time to decide on the lockdown that was earlier declared to start 28 to 31 August.”
