Ari na ang guidelines sang ONE TIME-BIGTIME MASS TESTING kag FOUR DAY TIME OUT NO MOVEMENT (Aug 28-31) sa bilog nga Bacolod as per EO #55, kag ari ang summary:

1. NO MOVEMENT SA BILOG NGA BACOLOD-Bawal ang magsulod sa Bacolod, mag gwa sa Bacolod kag mag gwa sa mga panimalay diri sa Bacolod,

2. SIN O ANG EXEMPTED SA NO MOVEMENT:

Tanan bawal Except sang mga masunod:

A. Movement of bulk cargo especially that of essential services & products;

B. Medical cases requiring treatment or therapy

C. Bacolod residents that will be tested

D. National & local officials

E. City & Provl employees delivering essential services, including court employees

F. National govt agencies delivering essential services such as PNP, AFP, BFP, BJMP, et al

G. Medical frontliners of any LGU in Bacolod & the province

H. Drivers of Public Utility with franchises from LTFRB (jeep, taxi, grab, bus)

I. Drivers of company owned vehicles exempted by the DTI

J. Media practitioners & printers of newspapers

K. Private security guards who needs to report for work

L. Priests & Religious ministers that will administer last rites

M. Funeral homes & crematorium employees

N. Employees of Hotel, pension house, inn and the likes that are being used as quarantine personnel

O. Restaurants personnel that needs to report provided that they will only offer take out and delivery

P. Personnel that needs to report for work under Category I of the DTI Memo 20-44 (grocery, supermarket, gasoline station, hospitals, clinics, manufacturers of food and non alcoholic drinks, agriculture, forestry and fisheries establishments, essential hygiene products manufacturer, medicines & vitamins manufacturers, feeds and fertilizer manufacturer, drug stores, convenience stores, water refilling stations, laundry services, dialysis centers, logistics services provider, delivery and courier services, BPO, etc.)

3. SARADO TANAN

Tanan nga business establishments nga wala na mention sa babaw dapat maga CLOSE sa Aug 28-31

4. PUBLIC MARKETS

Tanan nga public markets sarado pero sa 3 lang ka adlaw, Aug 28-30

5. BORDER CONTROL

May checkpoint nga ibutang para i restrict ang magwa ka masulod sa Bacolod except sang ara sa babaw
