Out of 40 cases in Bacolod, 12 were overseas Filipino workers, 17 were locally stranded individuals.
According to DOH data, Negros Occidental had 37 new cases, which is now a total of 243 cases. It breaches the mark of 200 on COVID-19 cases.

It may also affect arrest in flagrante delicto with the assistance of Bacolod City Police Office personnel at all times.
