Viral video of a Brgy. Chairman Noel Ocampo punched Reynaldo Mateo due to SAP controversy is now the new update issue tackled by the program.

The complainant is frustrated because fails to receive the SAP (Social Amelioration Program) from DSWD so he decided to ask the assistance of the Brgy. so that he will be entitled to be a beneficiary, but he becomes frustrated and allegedly throwing some harsh words towards the official of the brgy.

On the other hand the staff of Brgy. reported to Brgy. Chairman Noel Ocampo and decided to confront the complainant to his house and then there is a commotion happens which lead to a punching event.

Ask why did the Brgy. chairman do it, he simply replied that the behavior of the complainant during that time is unbearable and he event make a scandalous action in the brgy. hall.

Let’s see how this case end and who will be protected and punished by the law, is it Reynaldo Mateo or Brgy. Chairman Noel Ocampo.
