The shutdown of the ABS-CBN Kapamilya Network becomes the hottest issue online following after the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) issued Cease and Desist Order (CDO) in connection to the franchise renewal.

The shutdown pushes the Kapamilya stars to react and express sentiments and frustration to the NTC and to the government for failure to comply the promised as they assured that the network will be given temporary authority to operate while waiting the Congress to approve the renewal.
