Viral now in social media and receives various reactions is the new protocol of quarantine to be implemented in Bacolod City.
According to Mayor Bing Leonardia this May 15, 2020 he will sign an E.O. which states that the city will be in general community quarantine, the use of home quarantine pass is a must and number coding scheme when going to malls and market is implemented.
Upon hearing the news the some of the city residents becomes disappointed and even lambasted the LGU official for implementing a not justifiable executive order.

The LGU advised that people from outside the city cannot enter if they do not have important things to do except to undergone medical check-ups and etc.
Citizens outside Bacolod denied entry to malls and other amusement establishments in the city.
No religious activity due to lockdown every Sunday.
The said implementation receives various reactions from Bacolodnons:
Some appeals that some of these undertakings will be review especially Sunday to allow people to go to church because it is necessary to worship GOD during this crisis.
Meanwhile, let’s wait for the proper announcement and hope the E.O. will not be too much for us to handle and let us also consider the objectives of the government to keep us safe from COVID-19.
