Kathryna Yu, wife of Senator Koko Pimentel, gave birth to their first daughter on Sunday, March 29.

However, Senator Pimentel was tested positive for coronavirus a week before their daughter’s delivery.

During this pandemic crisis, their daughter is a “miracle baby”, said Mrs. Pimentel.

The location where she gave birth was not disclosed to the public. They named their baby, Maria Kathryn Helena or Leyna.
