President Rodrigo Duterte makes public address on COVID-19.

In his speech he said Luzon is currently under enhanced community quarantine until April 12.

In line to this, many officials and leaders on their respective areas have already implemented community quarantine due to the increase of confirmed coronavirus cases and casualties related to the deadly pandemic COVID-19 disease.

He also mentioned about businesses condition that it should stop operation if needed amid coronavirus outbreak.
