The teacher named Kristel Anne Valencia, 23, a resident of Brgy. Taliban, an English teacher has now already filed an affidavit to the Prosecutors Office against the 16-year-old student.

Based on the victim’s sworn statement in her affidavit, it all began when Valencia received two “disturbing” chat messages from the student at 1:26 pm. One of the student’s messages says: “Hey send nude.”

Valencia immediately forwarded the message to the school’s Teacher In Charge (TIC) Mam Ma. Lynn Munchuelas is the student’s grandmother.

According to the affidavit of the teacher, she addressed and authorized the TIC to consult with the child in order to determine why he was sending “annoying” messages.

At 3 pm on the same day, the teacher and the child met at the place where the two of them were inside the principal’s office.

The victim said in her affidavit that she calmly told the child to sit next to her and also calmly asked why he sends similar messages. The 16-year-old immediately denied it and said it was not from her.

The boy stopped and spoke to everyone who had just turned his back on him and was angry and said that “It’s ok to be expelled” so the teacher stopped asking him.
