The Department of Health asks patients to disclose their medical conditions and travel history honestly, for them to avoid placing the lives of the health care workers at risk.
Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire said in a briefing that, “Inaanyahan natin lahat ng mga kababayan natin na please disclose all your information to all our health care workers,”
(We are urging our fellowmen to please disclose all your information to all our health care workers.)
(Let’s not leave out the information needed by our health care workers because there is a big chance that they will catch your illness if you will not tell the truth.)
(Your honesty in your disclosures will save lives. Each move and answer could save your life, the lives of your loved ones, and our health care workers.)
