A Chinese national identified as Zhao Zhi Yo driving white Toyota Fortuner flagged for a codding violation.

According to the report published by the GMA News Online, Zhao was caught by the Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau (MTPB) for a codding violation but he tried to escape the traffic officer by pretending to get his driver license in his car and suddenly he sped through towards Tayuman.

Zhao drive his car so fast that hit other vehicle in the highely including the SUV car, e-trikes and a motorcycle when authorities go after him until he was caught by the authorities in the corner of Abad Santos at Tayuman. When the car was open by the traffic officers, they found Zhao and a woman whose name is Lianne (not real name).

According to the tweet of Johnson L. Manabat, the Chinese national who was caught by the authorities for a coding violation the same that recovered from his possession one sachet of suspected shabu from the SUV.
