Jeepney is one of the most common transportation vehicles in the Philippines, this is because it is affordable even if a little bit inconvenient compared to the your own private vehicle yet it is easy for everyday transportation as there are a lot of them offering services for everybody.

Undeniably, that there are some instances that a commuter cab can experience the said inconvenience with other passengers. The reason that the government had to issue notices for the public awareness in the surroundings in order to prevent the same untoward situations.

In recent times, there was a female passenger who protests against a male commuter for touching her bump while she was sleeping in the jeepney but the suspect strongly denied the accusations against him even if the said incident was caught in camera because the lady commuter, the victim has recorded the incident that shows a malicious act of a  man who grabbed his breast while she was sleeping. Upon seeing that, the man admitted his mistake and apologies to the lady.

At that time the suspect was brought to the Dasmariñas police station. The suspect begged for the lady to forgive him and made alibis that his child was sick, so the victim decided not to file a complaint against the suspect due to his situation.

The woman also advised the other female commuters to speak out and report similar incidents to the authorities.
