The 2019 Masskara Festival Queen was introduced to Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia, Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran and members of the City Council of Bacolod as they visit the New Government Center (NGC) last August 14, 2019.

MassKara festival director Eli Francis Tajanlangit of the Silver MassKara Festival Organization, Inc. and Sonny Cabahug, Pageant Director accompanied the Masskara Queen Candidates.

MassKara Festival Queen 2018 Ella Mercado will crown her successor at the end of the event.

The MassKara Festival Queen Pageant night is set on October 23, 2019 at Ayala Malls Capitol Central, Gatuslao Street, Bacolod City.
