Profile Bio of Roem G. Alcaen, 20, from Brgy. Mansilingan, Bacolod City. She joins Miss Masskara Queen 2019 to educate and influence the out of school youth and to motivate them to change for the better. She is a 2-year student of La Carlota City College taking up BS Education Major in English.
