The Manila International Airport Authority (Miaa) announced the cancellation of the following flights:

Skyjet

M8 911 Manila-San Vicente

M8 912 San Vicente-Manila

PAGASA stated that Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Batanes, and Babuyan Group of Islands would experience cloudy skies with isolated rains and thunderstorms brought by the southwest monsoon.
