During the event the victim was enjoying watching Red Velvet’s power-up performance and notice something sticky was on her feet.

Terrified she asked the guards to assist her and comfort her. Upon hearing the incident the authorities alerted the fans in attendance at the concert to report something suspicious in the area.

The victim noted she posted this incident to cause awareness to the fans out there, that this incident will not happen again.

Red velvet was considered be a famous girl group in South Korea composed of Irene, Joy, Seulgi, Yeri and Wendy.

She noted if possible the harasser must be abducted and put to jail.
