The United States (U.S.) Embassy announces work suspensions in all offices in the Philippines on Monday, May 27, 2019.
This is in observation to commemorate the “Memorial Day” of the U.S Federal as official holiday honoring all the people died while in the service to the U.S Armed Forces.
The office of the US Embassy in the country declared that all offices affiliated to the US Embassy will be closed to public service in observance to the Memorial Day.
The United States is celebrating the Memorial Day as US Federal holiday in every last Monday of the month of May. This year celebration fall on May 27, 2019, so declared by the Embassy of the United States in the Philippines “Walang Pasok” on that day.
