Viral video circulating in social media featuring a man driving his car while sitting in the front passenger seat is identified by the Land Transportation Office (LTO) and the Department of Transportation (DOTr) as Miko Lopez.

The video went viral in social media and microblogging sites before it was deleted from the source in the Facebook page but the LTO and DOTr was able to save the video in their data based as official record to be used against him.

According to the LOT and DOTr, they will file case against Miko Lopez as reckless driving and he would face corresponding penalties that would result total cancellation of his driver license and will ban him for applying a new one.
