The local government has declared a suspension of some local governments because of the ramifications of the tropical depression Samuel. Local Governments issues #WalangPasok on selected areas only.
Monday night when Bohol Governor Edgar Chatto suspended schooling from preschool to high school throughout the province after PAGASA topped the tropical cyclone warning signal number 1.
Chatto gave the mayor power to suspend college work depending on the impact of typhoon Samuel in their respective areas.
Here are the lists of classes suspended:
- Bohol – preschool to senior high school (public and private), until Wednesday, November 21
- Cebu province – preschool to senior high school (public only), and:
- Danao – all levels (public only), until Wednesday, November 21
- Negros Oriental – all levels (public and private), until Wednesday, November 21
- Tacloban City – all levels (public and private)
- Catbalogan, Samar – preschool to senior high school (public and private)
- Butuan City – all levels (public and private)
- Surigao del Norte – all levels (public and private)
- Bayabas, Surigao del Sur – preschool to elementary (public and private)
- Bislig, Surigao del Sur – preschool (public and private)
- Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur – preschool (public and private)
- Lanuza, Surigao del Sur – all levels (public and private)
- San Fernando, Bukidnon – preschool to senior high school (public and private)
- Valencia, Bukidnon – all levels (public and private)
- Misamis Oriental – preschool (public and private), except:
