Maalaala Mo Kaya (MMK) Episode on August 4, 2018 features the real life story of Juliana Parizcova Segovia, the first ever of It’s Showtime “Miss Q and A” grand winner. Juliana Parizcova Segovia real name Tyrone James “TJ” Ortega, a son of an OFW and a former seaman.

Juliana Parizcova Segovia try to act more manly for the sake of his parents, but in the process will deny his true self. However, his mother Cynthia (Elizabeth Oropesa) accepted him for who he is and told to be true to his self. TJ found a different kind of joy in cross-dressing and even began to join gay pageants.

Joining this MMK episode are Nonie Buencamino, Josh de Guzman, Milo Elmido, and Onse. It is under the direction of Dado Lumibao and written by Arah Jell G. Badayos and Benson A. Logronio.
