A foreigner who drives a car caught by a traffic enforcer and pay P2,000 to “AREGLO the said violation.” This is not the first time happened in the country, there’s a lot of the driver complaining that they became a victim of this kind of modus operandi of the traffic enforcers.

This video proves that there are illegal act happening in the highway victimizing innocence driver. On this video, we have no idea of what violations charges to settle for P2,000 pesos, but the money handed over to the traffic enforcer is clear to prove that payment was made to settle the violation.
