The surprise inspection conducted by Dir. Oscar Albayalde to several Police Stations in Manila proves the actual scenarios taking place in their respective Police Station. The team caught in act police on duty sleeping causing Chief Dir. Albayalde to get angry and remove those irresponsible police on duty on their post.
The surprise inspection alarmed all police on duty not to neglect their respective post as Dir. Albayalde recommend to be vigilant all the time and always be ready to response when emergency took place on their area of responsibility or else you suffer consequences.
