PAGASA release an update of Tropical Depression Urduja on Thursday, December 14, 2017. Tropical Depression Urduja or more popularly known as Bagyon Urduja has slightly acceleted as it approaches the eastern Samr-Nothern Samar Area.
According to PAGASA, “Fisherfolks and those with small seacrafts are advised not to venture out over the eastern seaboard of Bicol Region and Eastern Visayas due to moderate to rough seas associated with the approaching Tropical Depression.”
The estimated rainfall amount is from moderate to heavy within the 400 km diameter of the Tropical Depression.
PAGASA added, “the center of Tropical Depression UrdujaPh was estimated based on all available data at 175 km East of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (11.2 °N, 127.3 °E), at around 4AM.”
