Department of Foreign Affair Sec. Allan Peter Cayetano appeared before the world-class debater Mehdi Raza Hasan host of Al Jazeera English, to answer interesting questions regarding the Philippine government highlighting in the area of extra judicial killing issues in the country.

In an exclusive interview with the British political journalist and host of UpFront, Mehdi Raza Hasan leads the discussion and debate citing the issues of extra judicial killing in relation to Pres. Duterte’s anti-drug war campaign. Sec. Cayetano presented the factual information based on real scenarios happening in the country in contrast to the report from the opposition group of human rights advocate.

Amidst the debate, Mehdi Hazan’s one of the crucial questions was about the process of the anti-drug operations that resulted to the extra judicial killing.

Mehdi Hazan insisted about the technicalities of the operation knowing that there are many people died without proper proceedings in the court but killed during the police operation.

The veteran lawmaker now DFA secretary illuminated the mind of the opponent clarifying the issues that most of the victims of the anti-drug campaign were drug dealers who are definitely involved in the illegal drug syndicate.

Mehdi Hazan questioning to DFA Sec. Cayetano was based on accusation from the proliferated report from human rights group who are obviously associated with yellow party. On the other point during the interview, Sec. Cayetano has presented facts of the figure death involved during the previous administration and current data involved during the present Duterte administration and how the opposition twisted the facts and presented on international media.
