Former contestant of the noontime show of ABS-CBN Kapamilya Network, at the “It’s Showtime” segment, Jennifer Collins was involved in a vehicular accident causing his right leg to be amputated while the other one is in severe condition.

According to the report, accident took place on August 31, 2017 at around 7:30 p.m. involving the tricycle he was riding against the jeep whose driver lost control and crashed the tricycle that immediately rushed Jennifer to Philippine General Hospital (PGH) at Pedro Gil.

Friends of “Miss Q & A contestant” Jennifer Collins were saddened and express sentiments due to his situation that redounds to amputate his right leg. Using the social media, Jennifer’s friends headed by Jam had initiated to come up with the initiative that they can gather certain amount to help Jennifer to sustain his medication as well as they encourage everyone in the online world to prayer for his fast recovery.

Some of the netizens expresses their sympathy indicating they are willing to donate in support to Jayson Jiz De Ortega aka “Jennifer Collins.

Jennifer stands as the breadwinner of his family surviving them by his talent on joining pageants and other source of income as freelance real estate agent, choreographer and costumes maker.
