Professional Regulatory Board of Guidance and Counseling administered the licensure examination in the cities of Manila, Cagayan de Oro and Cebu, held last August 2 & 3, 2017. Dr. Luzviminda S. Guzman, Chairman; Dr. Elena V. Morada and Dr. Carmelita P. Pabiton, Members, composed the members of the Board of Guidance and Counseling.
The performance of schools in the August 2017 Guidance Counselor Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) “To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation” is as follows:
The official announcement was on two (2) working days after the last day of examination.
Examinees answer the following questionnaires: Counseling Theories, Tools and Techniques (35%), Career Guidance (10%), Foundations of Guidance (10), Group Process (20%), Psychological Testing (15%), Organization, Administration and Supervision of Guidance Services and Program Development (10%).
