The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) release 1,945 out of 4,195 passed the Radiologic Technologist Licensure Examination and 61 out of 248 passed the X-Ray Technologist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Radiologic Technology. The official result was announce on 3 working days after the last day of examinations.
The members of the Board of Radiologic Technology who gave the licensure examinations was composed by Mr. Reynaldo Apolonio S. Tisado, Officer-In-Charge; Dr. Orestes P. Monzon, Mr. Bayani C. San Juan and Ms. Ma. Jesette B. Canales, Members.
Professional Regulatory Board of Radiologic Technology administered the licensure examination in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi and Tuguegarao, held last July 30 to 31, 2017.

Examinees answer the following subjects: Radiologic Physics, Equipment and Maintenance, Radiobiology, Radiation Protection and Quality Assurance (20%), Image Production and Evaluation (20%), Radiographic Procedures and Techniques (20%), Patient Care, Management, Ethics and Jurisprudence, Human Anatomy and Physiology, Medical Terminology (20%), and Radiological Sciences (20%).
In X-Ray Technologists Test>> Radiological Physics, Equipment and Maintenance, Radiobiology, Radiation Protection and Quality assurance (25%), Image Production and Evaluation (25%), Radiographic Procedures and Techniques (25%), Patient Care, Management, Ethics and Jurisprudence, Human Anatomy and Physiology, Medical Terminology (25%).
