Maalaala Mo Kaya (MMK) episode on July 8, 2017 features the story of Marie Julieta “Adelle” who used to live a life and valued the importance of the entire family feasting together during the regular meal at home.
Simple, yet happy family, that is her father’s legacy she learns and treasured in her heart no matter how hard life to be, she never gives up until she and siblings becomes reunited again in the next level of their life with success and prosperity.
Adelle, 11-year-old stands to assume responsibility as “ate” for her younger siblings when her mother and older brother Lan, 18-year-old are not around as he work as helper to sustain her family after their father becomes useless due to severe illness.
The situation leads Adelle to become insecure in every time she is looking other children free to play outside and live a normal life.
Times come that they need to move from one place to another due to the reason of their fathers cure and it’s not easy for them to adjust from the new people whom they expect they will love them as family but things went upside down.
