Maalaala Mo Kaya (MMK) features the life story of Genesis Aala portray by Sue Ramirez on November, 5, 2016. Genesis (Sue Ramirez) is the oldest sibling that witness the love story of her parents and more closer to her brother Jewesis (played by Nash Aguas) who suffers from epilepsy. Genesis idolizes her father Francisco who wants her to become like him and pursue a career in sketching art. Under the guidance of Francisco, Genesis masters the basics of sketching.

Genesis can able to express her feelings through drawings. Her drawings are her life and she gives importance in every painting she makes. She takes Engineering in college but that time, her mom is diagnosed by myoma. And Jewesis dies because of epilepsy.

Through drawings helps her during tough times, she works while studying and save money to support the hospital bills of her mother. Genesis let go of her paintings and realizes that her mother’s life is more important than her paintings.

But in the end, the paintings becomes the way to keep Genesis and her mother together.
