The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) release a total of 2,817 out of 4,115 Registered Electrical Engineers and 2,525 out of 3,709 Registered Master Electricians successfully passed the Electrical Engineer Licensure Examinations given by the Board of Electrical Engineering.
The two-day exam for REE covers subjects such as mathematics, engineering sciences and allied subjects on Day 1 and electrical engineering professional subjects on Day 2. For RME exams, it covers technical subjects and Philippine Electrical Code. The passing general average rating is seventy percent (70%) with no grade below fifty percent (50%) in any subject.
