A video of a Cebu Pacific passenger that has been stranded in Clark Pampanga has gone viral in social media – the woman was heard complaining that they have a hard time breathing inside the airplane and the crew from Cebu Pacific won’t allow them to get off the plane to get some fresh air.

Cebu Pacific flight attendants insist on the passenger that they have been advised by authorities not to go out of the plane.

The woman also mentioned that the service from the said airline company is not even good in Europe.  She added that they were stranded for 2 hours already.

According to Naser Jhon Claro Riveral, also one of the stranded passenger of Cebu Pacific and who took the video and posted on Facebook said, that the plane had to refuel in Clark but then it consumed a lot of time than expected.  The electricity inside the plane was also cut off that’s why all the passengers complained of a warm temperature and they have a hard time breathing.
