Duterte is expecting the police generals to report to PNP Director Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa and the National Police Commission to immediately conduct an investigation.
Former PCSupt. Vicente Loot said Duterte’s allegation was unfair and that he was simply a victim of black propaganda.
“It’s unfair to me and to my family, kailangan ma-clear ko ang sarili ko… Sana naman mabigyan ako ng pagkakataon, it’s unfair to my fellow Cebuanos, kilala ako dito, alam nila kung anong klaseng opisyal ako,” Loot said.
According to sources, in his interview with DZMM, Diaz said he has personal reasons to prove that he is against illegal drugs. According to him, his younger brother was sent to a rehabilitation center thrice to cure his addiction while his male cousin died of substance abuse. Diaz added that his 21-year-old female cousin was killed by a drug addict.
“Bukas na bukas magrereport ako kay Director General Dela Rosa.” Diaz told DZMM.
