University of the Philippines (UP) College of Law graduate Rachel Angeli Miranda told ABS-CBN News Channel (ANC) during her interview on Tuesday, May 3, just few minutes after the results were announced by the Supreme Court.
“I never expected it. I did my best during the exam. But, the results still came as a surprise,” emotional Miranda, who only learned of the news after a friend sent her a message on Facebook told ANC.

The bar exam covered subjects, namely: Political Law, Labor Law, Civil Law, Taxation, Mercantile Law, Criminal Law, Remedial Law, and Legal and Judicial Ethics.
