This woman caught that her boyfriend is eating her inside her blouse without realizing that they was in the public area. She was damn enjoying the moment without noticing the people out there. In the photo it was not clear that the woman is giving him treat because the man is facing his back in the camera. But according in some source and witness, they are doing uneducated act. And their actions pushed them to be fined and penalized because of this not good act.
