At the age of 19 years old, we can never deny that Daniel Padilla is very successful t his generation. Daniel’s family were renting a house most of his childhood and recently at Tierra Pura in Tandang Sora,Quezon City.

But before the Christmas season in 2014, Dj gave his mom a two-storey home.It’s a 1,000-square-meter Modern-Mediterranean home with eight bedrooms in an exclusive subdivision in Fairview, Quezon City.”Masaya, kasi iba na rin ang tinutulugan mo,” said Daniel, who slept in rented homes throughout most of his childhood.

Carla Estrada was very thankful that her son Daniel followed her dreams because it’s almost 25 years that their family was only rented  house.
