Malacañang Says “No” In Postponing May 2016 Election

Everything has been scheduled this coming May 9, 2016 for the holding of the elections. However, there is still hindrances with the possibilities that the election will be postponed. This has been warned bu the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) that the polls can delayed.

Meanwhile the Malacañang’s reaction boost up and had stated after COMELEC chairman Andres Bautista said the Supreme Court’s temporary restraining order (TRO) on the “No bio, no boto” policy could be a great big affect the schedule of the poll body’s preparations for next year’s elections.

Lacierda added, “We will defer to the judgment of the Supreme Court. I believe they also have the best interest of the country in mind,”
