The Cotabato City Mayor Japal Guiani Jr. has been releasing statements to urge security forces agencies to please invistagate the reportedly issues tha there sis a group linking to the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria or ISIS that has been recruiting local young men to join the said vulgar group.

In one of the article written, it was stated, ““Matagal ko na itong naririnig. I am listening to some other information and that there is really an Isis group here.”

Expounding, “Per information we received, lahat ng nare-recruit libre ang pagkain, may allowance pa sila, accordingly this is funded by more than 20 countries. This is alarming and that our security authorities should look into this seriously,”

He also conducted to urge parents in the province by stating, “Know the activities of your children. Monitor them in and out of school to prevent them from getting into the hands of fanatics,”
