The liberal Party standard-bearer Mar Roxas had been telling and boasting that he is the first government offical who had ride in the MRT and that other’s just copied his act.

Roxas shared how he would ride the ow constantly faulty train everyday to work when he was Trade and Industry secretary in 2000.

He said, “I was the first one to ride the MRT. Marami diyan kumopya na lang eh (Many out there just copied my act),”

He also said that it was not just for fan or fame, stating, “That’s the reality. I live in Cubao and the DTI office is on Buendia. Hindi ito pagpapakitang tao.”

He is being put in the hotseat where he is being criticized for the constant struggle of the MRT with the long lines and congeste trains and the never ending traffic. That’s one of the issue he also answered duting one of his interviews.
