As of in the early morning hours after Halloween, Family and friends of a Filipino American namely Eugene Vibar in southeast Portland, Oregon, have been searching for him since he went missing.
Accodring to some, He was last seen around 2:30 a.m. on Nov. 1 near Southeast 19th Avenue and Stark Street, according to a flier shared by his loved ones. He was just seen going for a walk, wearing jeans and a bright blue jacket.
Reporter’s stated that Vibar’s family also reported that the only things missing from his room were his jacket, wallet and cell phone. He left his phone charger and backpack in a friend’s car, and never replied to texts after 11:39 p.m. on October 31.
In accordance with, Police have the classification that Vibar’s disappearance as voluntary and the understaffed department has been slowing in responding in regards with this. But his family and friends said he always showed up for work, was very active in the community and would never voluntarily disappear.
