The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the July 2015 Optometrist Licensure Examination or more popularly known as Optometrist Board Exam Results within few working days after the last day of examination. Aside from the list of passers, Top 10 Passers (Topnotchers), and Top Performing & Top Performance of Schools will be posted here once available online.

Congratulations, PRC releases a total of 105 out of 114 passed the Optometrist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Optometry in Manila this July 2015.

The successful examinees who garnered the ten (10) highest places in the July 2015 Optometrist Licensure Examination are the following:

According to the PRC, the result of examination with respect to one (1) examinee was withheld pending final determination of his liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examination.

The members of the Board of Optometry are Dr. Mary Rose S. Paredes (inhibited), Chairman; Dr. Maria Elizabeth B. Valconcha, Officer-In-Charge; Dr. Vivian S. Sarabia (inhibited), Dr. Teresita R. Yambot and Dr. Bernardita A. Garcia, Members.

The results were released in three (3) working days from the last day of examinations.

Examinees answered the following subjects; Ocular Pharmacology (10%), Ocular Diseases (10%), Ethics (10%), Primary Care (20%), Practical, Theoretical Optics & Ophthalmic Dispensing (20%), Physiological Optics (10%), Visual Biology (10%), and Binocular Vision 10%.

Last year examination, PRC release a total of 111 out of 118 passed the Optometrist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Optometry in Manila this July 2014.
