Manobo kid Mary Marianne “Gift” Cerna, 10-year-old from Butuan City, receive two (2) chair turner from Coach Sarah and Coach Bamboo when singing “Malayo Pa Ang Umaga” on The Voice Kids Philippines Season 2 Blind Audition, last Saturday, July 4, 2015.
“Parang anghel ka na kumakanta. Talaga namang pinaniwalaan ko kahit nakatalikod ako.” Coach Sarah told Gift. She added, “it’s a beautiful song specially hearing it from a child.
Coach Bamboo said, “You are truly a gift, I want you on my team”.
Another artist from Butuan, Jason Dy enters on stage to serenaded Gift to win her heart for Coach Sarah.
Meanwhile, “I will chose this coach because he/she is my idol ever”, Gift picked Team Sarah.
Same with the 1st season, each coaches must complete 18 kiddie artists for their teams by the end of the Blind Auditions.
