Congratulations! Miss Angelia Gabrena Ong take home the crowned as the Miss Philippines Earth 2015 during the live coronation night last Sunday, May 31, 2015, held at the Mall of Asia Arena, Pasay City. She was the representative of Manila. In the incoming pageant of Miss Earth 2015, the 24-year-old Angelia Ong will represent the Philippines.
According to the Miss Philippines Earth website, Ong is a self-described she girl who was bullied when she was younger. Ong said, “I was bullied as some point but took it lightly as if I was the lead role in a movie”.
Angelia Ong also received a special award as Miss Hana 2015. At the end of the coronation night the 24-year-old Angelia Gabrena Ong was crowned by the former Miss Philippines Earth, Jamie Herrell from Cebu City.
The 15th edition of the Miss Philippines Earth was hosted by Kapamilya host Robi Domingo and Miss Earth 2008 Karla Henry, and Ginger Conejero.
